Saudi Arabia to Nigeria: Complete Plug & Adapter Guide (2026) No Adapter Needed
Traveling from Saudi Arabia to Nigeria means crossing into a different electrical system. Before you leave, take a moment to understand the plug types and voltage used in Nigeria so you can keep all your devices charged and ready.
Both Saudi Arabia and Nigeria use Type G plugs, so your devices should plug right in. An adapter isn't strictly necessary for this trip.
On the voltage front, Saudi Arabia (230V, 60Hz) and Nigeria (230V, 50Hz) are very similar. You shouldn't need a voltage converter for your electronics.
Don't forget that Nigeria hotel rooms sometimes have a universal shaver socket in the bathroom, but these low-wattage outlets aren't suitable for high-draw devices. For reliable charging, use the standard wall outlets with a proper adapter.
